Murder Charge Withdrawn

ON THIS DAY – March 21, 1912 LEONARD MITCHELL – EAST BRUNSWICK At the Brunswick Court; today Frederick Mutiner appeared on remand, charged with having murdered Leonard Mitchell at East Brunswick on March 21. Sergeant McLoughlin stated that as Mutiner had been acquitted by the Crown of all blame, he applied for his discharge.
